Who is Larry Wood?

Larry Wood retired from the California Highway Patrol after 30 years of devoted service. He was in the military for 6 years. He's been a part of our community here for 4 1/2 years. His interest, along with other HOA members, is to restore the voting rights of all members and to have a say in all operations to make this OUR community.

How it started: Several homeowners believed there was an injustice by the HOA. This sparked a comparison between state law and HOA governing documents. Surprisingly, it appears the Board abused its fiduciary duty.

How it's going: After consulting an attorney, fiduciary duties  are believed to have been egregiously violated. 

How you can help: We are seeking monetary support to continue our legal battle to benefit all of the homeowners in this community.
